The following weekend we had another 5 pre 73 American vehicles filming on the Clackmannan Bridge at Kincardine on Forth. The bridge was closed specifically filming that day.We also supplied a number of 1930s cars and trucks for scenes in Edinburgh and towards the end of the shoot we supplied two identical modern Range Rovers a taxi and a minibus in the Dumbarton area. October we attended a special screening of the long awaited Peter Mullan Film Neds at the Glasgow Film Theatre.The story follows the life of a Glasgow schoolboy John McGill from the summer of 1972 when he leaves primary school until his third year at secondary school in 1975. Being of an age where I can remember the era it has been captured really well.The film has won the prestigious San Sebastian film festival award and Peter Mullan was at the screening along with the award.
